Manual QA Tester - Senior Consultant (f/m/d)

• Evaluate software through manual and integration tests to ensure functionality, performance, and reliability;
• Identify and document bugs with clear reproduction steps, prioritizing them based on severity;
• Collaborate closely with development teams to align on bug fixes, track progress, and ensure timely resolutions;
• Maintain a structured bug backlog and organize it for effective development planning;
• Proactively test new features to catch potential issues early and improve overall software quality;
• Facilitate efficient communication between teams to streamline the testing and development process.

Must-haves:

• Min 3 years manual testing experience, proficiency in working with X-Ray Testing and Jira;
• Min 1 year of relevant API Testing experience with Swagger and/or Postman;
• Proficiency in organizing tests between multiple teams and tracking bug tickets;
• Soft skills: proactive attitude, flexibility, adaptability and autonomy;
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field is an advantage.

Good to have:

• Automation Testing
• Performance Testing with SOAPUI or JMeter

• Start: by arrangement - always on the 1st and 15th of the month
• Working hours: full-time (40h); 27 vacation days
• Employment contract: Unlimited

• Language skills: Fluency in written and spoken English; German is a plus
• Flexibility & willingness to travel
• Other: a valid work permit
