As the Marketing Intern, you will perform the following duties:
Active involvement in marketing activities, advertising, activations, and social media for Lufthansa, SWISS, Austrian airlines under the Marketing Manager for Lufthansa Group
Support in coordination and managing communication between suppliers and partners for sponsored and produced marketing events
On-site assistance for events outside of traditional 9 to 5pm hours, including travel to other areas outside of New York
Exposure to the Americas adaptation of the global advertising strategy
Assisting with integrated advertising planning, media selection process for traditional, and digital channels
Compiling and producing executive summaries for reporting of all marketing activities
* Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors

To thrive in this role, we value a combination of the following requirements:
Advanced students (Intermediate diploma) in business administration/marketing with strong academic performance
Enrolled at a university in the U.S.
2 semesters completed before the start of the internship
Previous practical experience in advertising and/or marketing
Knowledge of the advertising industry & all channels including Digital, Social Media, and Events
Fluency in English required
Time Commitment: 20-40 hours/week. Hours and work dates are flexible and may be set according to an intern’s class/work schedule
6-month internship is desired, but willing to discuss alternatives
Must have a work-permit for the U.S.
