Work with us to build production systems for car body construction, electric drives (high-voltage storage and electric motor) and other technologies. What awaits you? Lead and coordinate all method-related tasks across The Energy Module organization, ensuring consistent, efficient execution of processes like welding, foaming, gluing, screwing, riveting, and laser technologies. Collaborate with the production team to identify and implement improvements that optimize production availability and output. This may involve analyzing processes, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing solutions to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance quality. Continuously optimize operational processes for existing production systems, focusing on achieving the optimal operating point in your area of responsibility. Partner with maintenance and production teams to troubleshoot and permanently resolve complex technical issues that impact production efficiency. Drive value creation by aligning process optimization efforts with the organization's goals, such as increased production capacity, cost reduction, and improved product quality.   What you should bring along? Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a closely related field. 5+ years of experience in the field of production with a strong understanding of manufacturing technology, particularly in the electromobility sector. Experience as a senior production specialist or methodologist in a production environment, ideally with exposure to automated production processes. In-depth knowledge of joining and assembly technologies: welding, foaming, gluing, screwing, riveting, and laser technologies.
