Tasks

As part of the SWISS Reporting Office, you review and assess SRS reports from start to finish, ensuring correct classification, coordination, and follow‑up. You handle regulatory reporting, work with specialists across SWISS, and provide transparent feedback to support a reliable reporting process.

  • Recording, verifying, and distributing incoming SRS reports to the appropriate specialist departments
  • Identifying and managing regulatory reporting obligations (e.g., MOR to FOCA)
  • Processing and managing correspondence and ensuring accurate follow up with authors
  • Maintaining and updating the SRS database to ensure data quality and completeness
  • Supporting preparation of summaries, trend overviews, and reporting documentation
  • Providing administrative and cross departmental support within the SWISS Reporting Office and Protection Management
