Lead & develop Porsche Taiwan Charging Service
- Coordinate local implementation of Charging Services projects in V5 markets
- Develop business models for non-connected markets without existing Porsche Charging Service
- Manage CPO tendering, contracting, and integration with Porsche IT systems
- Oversee operational activities such as billing, cash flow, and dunning
- Monitor and manage external partners, including contract renewals and negotiations
Lead & support E-Performance projects
- Marketing: Develop and manage E-Performance content across all customer-facing online channels (e.g., P.COM, social media, E-Performance Hub 2.0, FAQs)
- Prepare content for agency briefings, including updates such as new charger go-lives
- Destination Charging: Coordinate the rollout of the “Destination Charging” project in V5 markets, including internal alignment and dealer management
- Support tendering, partnership development, and on-site visits with destination partners
- Oversee planning and execution of Destination Charging implementation
Support Business Development and Special Projects
- Coordinate the implementation of future Retail Business Model projects in V5 markets
- Contribute to business development concept creation, pilot initiatives, and roll-out preparation
- Support market-level project management for PAG SF2 Omni-Channel Excellence, including project development and implementation
- Language: Fluent in English
- Personality: High integrity, strong compliance mindset, and reliable
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in International Business, Management, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
- Experience: Background in project management, business consulting and planning, and retail business
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical and agile project management skills, experience in change management, start-up mindset with adaptability and initiative, Excellent interpersonal communication, social sensitivity, and negotiation skills, and open and collaborative mindset
