Tasks

Act as central contact to assigned customers and towards internal LHT interfaces for all matters regarding the return of material
Monitor customers material account, perform quality check and keep bookings current
Conduct analysis and cross check between LHT and customer material booking data
Develop customer to avoid material overstock and late return of material.
If necessary, escalate to appropriate levels up to issuing contractual penalty invoices or charges.
Monitor processes independently according to guidelines and procedures
Support process improvement and transformation of manual activities into digital solutions
Work with various LHT systems, such as SAP, t/track, etc.
Work in accordance with component service contracts and LHTs Quality Management System

Requirements

Ability to work in a team
High level of service ability and customer orientation
Assertive and persuasive with strong initiative and creativity
Strong analytical skills and ability for structuring/planning/disposal of complex Workflows
Intercultural competence
Willingness to work on further development and improvement of internal procedures and processes
Willingness for advanced vocational training
Psychological aptitude test if necessary
Economical and technical knowledge
Advanced knowledge in customer service, logistics and/or material management
Advanced knowledge of English, additional knowledge in German and/or Arabic beneficial
Advanced knowledge in relevant IT systems (MS Office, SAP R/3)
Knowledge in aviation related IT systems (e.g. AMOS, TRAX, SAP Business Integrated Warehouse) preferred
