Process Engineer Surface Technologies

The ideal Candidate should meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Aeronautical, Chemical Engineering, or related field with a focus on surface technologies.
• 3-5 years’ experience in electro-plating or plating, ideally in aerospace R&D or process roles.

• Skilled in Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and statistical process control.
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences; proven team player in matrix environments.
• Proficient in IT and numeracy, with experience using MRP/ERP and MS Office.
• Knowledge of aerospace standards (EASA 145 or equivalent) and REACH/COSHH regulations.
• Flexible working hours and occasional travel; able to work in plating shop with exposure to chemicals.
