The Procurement and Legal Billing Specialist (d/f/m) will play a vital role in supporting the legal team by handling various operational tasks, with a primary focus on vendor management and ebilling management. This position requires a meticulous individual with strong organizational and communication skills, a proactive approach, and a passion for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as liaison for legal vendors, managing RFPs, onboarding, and contract negotiations.

• Oversee eBilling processes and support law firm management, including invoice review and issue resolution.

• Analyze billing practices, support quarterly/year-end reporting, and ensure financial accuracy.

• Build reports and dashboards using advanced Excel functions and AI tools for data analysis.

• Support onboarding of new legal team members and handle related administrative tasks.

• Streamline legal operations by developing standardized processes, automating workflows, and managing ad hoc projects.

What you will bring:

• 4+ years of legal operations experience (preferably in-house) with strong knowledge of legal services and law firm operations.

• Skilled in procurement processes, e-billing systems (ideally Onit), and supplier contract negotiation.

• Familiar with AI applications in the legal field and an advocate for innovation and efficiency.

• Proficient in Google Workspace with proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and tight deadlines.

• Motivated to take on increasing responsibility and expand into more substantive legal operations work.
