Ihre Aufgaben You interface directly with project strategic stakeholders You support multi-functional teams on large scale/complex sourcing projects You ensure the execution of CfT/RfI/RfP and implementation processes on call for tender/RfI/RfP You coordinate involvement of third functions (engineering, finance, etc…) You conduct comparative studies of supplier prices You administrate supplier contracts (amending, archiving,…) to account for requirement changes & new regulations You organize multi-functional team reviews and report on progress You assist our consulting team in improving, standardizing procurement processes and guidelines throughout our procurement project portfolio and the customer organization You support the adoption of digital methods and tools (e.g. Google Suite, SAP, Excel) at the operational level Ihr Profil Completed university degree such as bachelor’s or master's degree in Procurement Engineering, Supply Chain Engineering/Management, Purchasing, Logistics or related field. Experience with strategic procurement and/or in the development and implementation of commodities and supply chain strategy, preferably in an industrial environment, basical knowledge in aerospace. Good knowledge and affinity working with digital collaboration tools. Pro-active and autonomy, ability to coordinate and work in team. Good communication & negotiation skills. 2+ years experience / knowledge of ERP systems/software (SAP ERP) and MS Office, Excel Experience working in Airbus environment is nice to have. Technical knowledge of Airbus Procurement/Supply Chain processes is nice to have. Eager to learn, collaborate and contribute to a teamwork environment.
