Vattenfall is undergoing a major transformation. Vattenfall’s purpose to power fossil free living requires all time high efforts in decarbonization, digitalization and decentralization at the same time as running a top performance operation. Staff Function Procurement is at the core of Vattenfall’s transformation. The PPM manages the introduction of new content and updating of existing content with the Ariba S2C and P2P system (contracts, ACC, catalogues).
The PPM will develop methods and support procurement in how to best operationalize buying channels for end users and will also have to work with Accounts payable and suppliers on resolving issues with electronic invoicing.

The PPM liaise with and manage third party providers of Vattenfall content related systems and applications. Such as Vattenfall’s chosen supplier bank, supplier screening, QlikView reporting, ITC and Ariba/SAP to support them with integrating with the suppliers ERP system, loading and testing of punch-out catalogues, escalation of non-compliant suppliers. Co-ordinate questions from suppliers and be the point of contact for Ariba/Vattenfall questions.

The PPM also monitor performance, and drive improvements together with our partner Capgemini’s delivery teams.
