Product Engineer

What you'll do:

• Provide on-site technical assistance to production teams, specifically during heavy inspections and the execution of complex structural repairs
• Draft professional damage reports and repair proposals for OEMs; track and manage the status of OEM concession requests

• Prepare customized job cards for the complex repairs and concessions and monitor them on the related applications
• Obtain required maintenance data
• Read and extract the required information from the technical documents and drawings and supply them to the production when needed
• Define multi-level work scopes for various structural components based on customer requirements and technical compliance
• Conduct feasibility studies and estimate material/resource requirements prior to the arrival of a maintenance event
• Support in customer requests from technical perspective
• Develop and evaluate alternative repair concepts from both a technical and economic perspective; create and implement detailed action plans for chosen solutions
