Product Owner Software Platform (m/f/diverse) Apply now Product Owner Software Platform (m/f/diverse) Description As “Software Product Owner” you are the content authority for the delivery of the agile team (ideally 5-10 engineers) and in this regard, the owner of the team backlog. Moreover, you are the interface of the agile team to its stakeholders, manage all stakeholders and clarify requirements until they are considered ready by the team. You manage and break down the complexity of the product developed by the agile team and approve the incremental deliveries.Further tasks are: Definition and refinement of stories, enabler, and features Prioritize stories, enabler, and bugs allocated to the agile team (i.e., the team backlog) Ensure that the team backlog content is visible, transparent, and clear to the development team Define story acceptance criteria and support decomposition of requirements and specifications Drive and approve the plan for an iteration by collaborating with the team to derive the plan, delivery scope, estimations, iteration goals, and gain a team commitment Participate in the team demos, system demos, inspect & adapt workshops and retrospective meetings Alignment with product management team to plan and deliver a system Responsible for managing stakeholders (agile team, product management) Communicate current status of the agile team - internally and externally Qualifications University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or an equivalent field of study Several years experience in one of the following roles: project manager/ software architect/ software developer Experience in embedded software development Project experience Good knowledge of automotive processes in ADAS (e.g. ASPICE) Experience in the automotive industry is of advantage Knowledge of agile processes of advantage Experience with Linux Knowledge of C, C++ & DOORS Fluent English language skills, written and spoken Good German language skills are a plus Experience in working in and coordinating international teams Very good planning and organizing ability Strong communication and presentation skills Applications from severely handicapped people are welcome.
