Professional Artwork Creation (m/f/d) - Hybrid Option GER

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

In our Artwork Creation unit, we deliver artwork for all production sites in the EMEA region and serve as the central point of contact for all artwork-related topics.

• You are responsible for the timely and specification-compliant creation of prepress of artworks, ensuring process ownership throughout the entire workflow.
• Together with the respective clients and the supply chain organization, you coordinate the label content, timing and prioritization, aligning with overall supply chain management principles to guarantee smooth operations.
• You ensure the implementation of regulatory and design guidelines, such as corporate design in artworks, while actively managing stakeholders to balance requirements and expectations.
• In addition, you maintain artwork-related master data in master data systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all touchpoints.
• According to the requirements, you create and adjust packaging specifications for printed packaging materials, supporting both compliance and efficiency within the supply chain.

WHAT YOU OFFER

• completed vocational training or university degree with initial professional experience
• confident handling of MS Office and ideally initial SAP knowledge
• experience in Graphic design programs (such as Adobe products) is nice to have
• strong prioritization abilities and stakeholder management
• excellent communication skills and a structured way of working
• good English skills for working in an international environment

WHAT WE OFFER

• Gross annual salary (full-time): 40.000 - 46.000 €, depending on qualifications and professional experience. In addition, you can expect a bonus dependent on the company's success as well as individual performance.
