Position Overview
Details of the role and how it fits into the team
Corporate Bank & Branch Operations is the engine room of the Corporate Bank, delivering services to our clients every day across all products.
The Strategy & Change Team for Europe Branch Operations is responsible for coordinating transformation and change projects for the region.
Your key responsibilities
You take responsibility in coordinating the strategic “Client Offering Standardization” Program for Europe Region
You work with our European Operations team across 14 countries as well as our Delivery Hubs in India and Berlin
You partner with internal stakeholders, incl. Business, RTM and Product Management
You challenge the status quo through content deep-dives and identification of solutions to complex problems across all CB products (Cash, Trade Finance & Lending, Securities Services)
You support in developing a structured reporting to measure our success and identify new areas of opportunity
Your skills and experiences
Bachelor’s degree in business finance or economics or comparable vocational education in banking / economics
Minimum 5 years' experience in Corporate Banking environment in a Financial Institution
Proven skills in project management and MS Office; ability to identify and prioritize multiple tasks
Excellent communication skills combined with fluent language skills in English & German
High level of intrinsic motivation, resilience and personal initiative to drive change
