Quality Manager / Deputy Responsible Person (f/m) Rotkreuz Vernier Vollzeit R2608654 Your responsibilities You will be responsible, for a portfolio of products, to deliver to the Swiss market high quality level products. You will be the Quality Business Partner for some Business Units and thus be integrated in any launch activities and Supply and Operational activities to ensure a strong quality leadership to the Business units. You will independently manage market batch releases, deviations, returns and destructions as well as provide support to the responsible person in leading product quality alerts, notifications and recalls. You will supervise packaging and re-packaging activities in close collaboration with Supply Chain and Regulatory affairs. You will supervise from a quality standpoint the external distribution center for Switzerland. You will ensure oversight of manufacturing sites (e.g. Quality agreements) and perform audits of third parties. You will provide support to the Responsible Person during health authorities inspections. You will represent the company in national association workgroups linked to RP responsibilities. Your Qualifications Master degree in pharmacy. A master degree in life sciences or chemistry is acceptable with sufficient proven experience in Quality. Minimum 3 years of experience in quality, preferably on a manufacturing site. Knowledge of EU GMP and EU GDP as well as Swiss health regulation applicable to RP responsibilities. Fluent in German and English. Knowledge of French, in addition, is an asset. Strong demonstrated interpersonal, communication (both verbally and in writing), collaborative and team work skills in dealing with a large variety of cultures. Readyness to travel up to 15% of your time mainly within Switzerland.
