Your main tasks include, among others:

  • Promote and obtain Digital Fleet Services business (e.g. flydocs or AVIATAR) in North, Central & South America
  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with major accounts
  • Realization of sales projects incl. internal alignment with various stakeholders
  • Contract negotiation in co-operation with Lufthansa Technik’s regional sales and legal department
  • Preparation of sales documents for customer visits and Management
  • Participation in marketing and customer events (e.g. Conferences, Exhibitions)
  • Act as interface with internal AVIATAR or flydocs product, marketing and management teams
  • Initiate and drive improvements of products and processes
  • Prepare and conduct regular performance & review meetings with customers and Top Management

* All other duties as assigned or required

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a combination of the below requirements:

  • High school diploma/GED required
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • MBA or equivalent Master’s degree is an advantage
  • 1-2 years of experience in Aviation / Sales / SaaS / Digitalization required
  • Fluency in English language required
  • German and Spanish language desirable
  • Aviation, Sales, Saas, Digitalization knowledge required
  • Digital Product Development/Sales/Customer Relationship knowledge desirable
  • MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint as user
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent customer orientation
  • Excellent negotiating skills
  • Excellent professionalism
  • Responsible of budget and revenue
  • Must possess permit to work in the U.S.
  • Willingness to travel
