The Tribe Workflow in Shared Application Services (SAS) develops and operates the central workflow platform of Deutsche Bank. Our holistic Business Process Management solutions support multiple thousands of business processes and process multiple hundred thousand cases daily.

As a Senior Agile Product Owner (m/f/x) your will further develop our solution as part of an agile organization: You will create user-friendly and efficient processes and features and further drive digitalization and automation in large bank.

Your key responsibilities

  • You are responsible for one of the core solutions within our uFlow platform offering and will lead multiple Scrum teams that are further developing the existing solution and form it as part of our future strategy

  • You create, prioritise and maintain the overall Product Backlog and constantly align it with the development teams, Business Analysts, Architecture and your will represent and market our solution portfolio within the bank

  • Together with our business stakeholders you will align the portfolio and the target direction of the platform; in addition, you work together with the Tribe Leadership on the overall Workflow product strategy

  • You understand product responsibility in a way that it includes that the product runs stable in Production. Therefore, you drive and support all necessary measures to ensure and continuously improve production stability.

  • You analyze, recognize and escalate possible risks and issues, which could impact the feature implementation and find solutions or proactive measures self-dependently

Your skills and experiences

  • Open, empathic personality with strong communication skills that knows how to convince others, set priorities and can implement tasks self-dependently and in high quality

  • Relevant job experience, ideally in the context of projects within a bank, a consulting company or an enterprise

  • Academic background in a science, business or technical discipline with focus on IT or similar qualification

  • Good to have: Experience and/or skills with workflow systems on a business- or technical level as well as knowledge of Agile principles and banking domain know-how

  • Experience in virtual collaboration with international teams at multiple locations
