That's why we're looking for like-minded people who impress with their specialist knowledge as well as a customer- and goal-oriented way of working. You successfully finished your studies in business administration or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience. You are familiar with the development of B2B corporate customers, ideally in the Customer Success area of a software or SaaS company. You have a demonstrated experience in supporting and growing multiple customers and following up on all their needs. You are used to work in a high-energy and rapidly changing environment in which you must be able to multi-task and manage multiple projects, processes, programs, and procedures simultaneously while working under pressure. You are a charismatic and customer-oriented team player who inspires internal and external stakeholders with an entrepreneurial mindset but also with a practical hands-on mentality. Business fluent language skills in German and English enable you to communicate confidently with our international customers and partners. You are the Go-to-Person to educate both new and established customers on general LucaNet functionalities and best practices as well as new features as they become available. Due this you continuously increase the growth and the acceptance of LucaNet among our customers. Together with your team colleagues, you identify, monitor and reduce the churn risk of our customers. To do this, you use suitable key figures and measures such as a customer health score. You keep management informed of progress and obstacles related to customer accounts, seeking feedback as necessary to improve work performance and optimize customer success. In terms of that you actively participate in the development and improvement of our processes, procedures, features and applications. You have the opportunity to work from home several days a week in coordination with your team leader - the technical requirements for this are in place from day one.
