• Develop innovative solution, concepts and specific recommendations for action to address challenges in the ULD management environment
• Monitor and analyse the market for new technologies, trends, methods, and processes
• Analyse processes and business ideas, identifying opportunities for process support and automation in close collaboration with relevant departments
• Design and define target architecture and solution approaches based on current technologies and methods, in collaboration with clients, product managers, and development service providers
• Lead the further development of parts of the application landscape, change management, IT product management, and continuous optimisation of processes concerning cost efficiency and quality
