This role, working with the Customer Experience Solutions (CXS) Leadership Team and the broader SAP organization is to fulfill this mandate. To apply technology and data to improve every customer interaction. Your focus covers many aspects such as one of 5000 events run each year. Or supporting the evolution of our ecommerce marketplace. Or improving the way our websites engage and support customers to fulfil their needs. Or how we market products and services while building the SAP Community. We need you to help us evolve our strategy and support effective execution.

Customer Experience Transformation & Operations is responsible for transformation & operations in the SAP Customer Experience Solutions (CXS) organization. CXS delivers SAP's digital touchpoints, tools & services along the customer journey.
