WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

At our unit R&D Data Hub, you lead the execution of the APE R&D digital roadmap, serve as Digital Product Owner prioritizing impactful initiatives and moderate the Digital Task Force to align global and regional teams in developing future IT Solutions.

• You support the development and rollout of a centralized digital platform to unify trial demand and field station capacity data, enabling real-time insights and optimized resource use through integrated tools and system harmonization.
• You redesign and implement a digital workflow for sample shipments to enhance visibility, tracking and collaboration through automation, while reducing manual errors and achieving cost and efficiency gains.
• In addition, you drive the shift from manual to digital field monitoring by aligning with technician needs, prioritizing automation, supporting algorithm development and coordinating pilots and training to enhance data quality and operational Efficiency.
• You identify AI-driven tools to automate reporting, guide the technical community member in their usage and boost productivity by streamlining manual workflows.
• Finally, you support technical teams in adopting digital tools and foster innovation through bottom-up feedback, trainings / tool on-boarding and continuous improvement.

WHAT YOU OFFER

• completed degree in Computer Science or a related field
• professional experience as full-stack developer is a plus, with knowledge on project and process management
• demonstrated expertise in data and function modeling as well as software development
• Basic knowledge on Power Automate, Power BI, Power Query and Power Apps
• fluent in English (oral communication and writting) with the ability to effectively communicate with different stakeholders, German is a plus

WHAT WE OFFER

• Location-independent work models with defined days of presence in Berlin and place of residence in Germany

• Gross annual salary (full-time): 48.500 - 54.000 €, depending on qualification and work experience. In addition, you can expect a bonus dependent on the company's success as well as individual performance.
