WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

As part of our Charging & Pricing (GB/CC) unit, you are taking an active role in managing our service charges. Transparency is key for our service recipients and ourselves to steer demand and foster decision making.

• As a Senior Specialist you are responsible for charging activities for GB services, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
• By analyzing cost flows and balancing residuals, you identify trends early and respond confidently to inquiries from service recipients.
• In addition, you assist in the implementation of effective charging mechanisms that support cost recovery and enhance transparency.
• You independently engage with key stakeholders to fulfill their tasks (e.g. Country Controller, Group Leads, Regional Controller etc.).
• Furthermore, you actively support process improvements and tool enhancements, developing best practices in collaboration with your team.

WHAT YOU OFFER

• master’s degree in Business Administration or a comparable field with at least two years of work experience in Controlling
• advanced IT Skills including SAP (FI, PPM), BW (COINS), dashboard tools (Power BI or similar) and database knowledge (SQL, VBA)
• strong analytical thinking and a proactive approach to problem solving
• skilled in motivating, coaching and influencing diverse stakeholders
• excellent communication skills in English, German is a plus

WHAT WE OFFER

• Gross annual salary (full-time): 48.000 – 52.000€, depending on qualification and work experience
• In addition, you can expect a bonus dependent on the company's success as well as individual performance
