WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

In this role, you will be the primary contact for all EVR employees involved in our order-to-cash process activities. You develop, support, and optimize business processes and workflows while driving the introduction of both business and technical innovations.

• You seek out 'best practice solutions' within and outside the unit, ensuring professional exchanges across our business.
• You evaluate and channel ideas, initiate their implementation, and lead cross-unit and cross-company projects.
• Through proactive change management, knowledge transfer, and testing with our key user community, you will promote understanding and usage, as well as stability, thereby increasing the effectiveness of our business processes.
• Additionally, you will ensure the smooth operation of day-to-day activities, respond to operational and system-related inquiries from the team, and coordinate overarching issues within the order-to-cash environment.
• You develop training concepts, create and update related documentation, and train new employees on the systems and processes.

WHAT YOU OFFER

• successfully completed studies in business administration, business informatics, or a comparable qualification
• several years of professional experience in supply chain management and order-to-cash processes, particularly in optimizing internal processes and structures, resulting in in-depth knowledge of sales and supply chain processes
• experienced in handling SAP R/3 and MS Office applications such as Excel, Copilot and PowerPoint
• very good language and presentation skills in English + German is a plus
• you have an entrepreneurial vision and a strong customer orientation

WHAT WE OFFER

• Gross annual salary (full-time): 48.000 € - 52.000 €, depending on qualifications and professional experience
