Credit Analysis China 01.02.2024 Senior Specialist Wholesale Acceptance Ensure timely processing of credit reviews for dealer and dealer groups, including the regular credit reviews, interim review, ad-hoc review for changes of the dealer/group's risk position or business demands. Ensure timely processing of risk relevant retail applications including fleet, high exposure retail, and provide consultanting services to related companies in BMW Group.Ensure a clear and deep analysis on the customer’s operation situation including financial, operation, risk analysis and etc. Potential risks are identified and well addressed with mitigations properly proposed. Ensure credit proposal fully consider both front office and back office perspectives, with both the credit line to fit the business development needs and the risk mitigations are sufficient to secure the credit lines. Present to corresponding decision bodies for approval.Good interaction with both front and back office departments, local and headquarter, internal and external, to make sure a smooth process of the credit reviews. Other ad-hoc task/project assigned by the manager, new tasks required by the development of the team's business.Collaborate with Dealer Management Team and other counterparties while conducting credit reviews, as well as follow up conditions. Qualifikation: Strong financial analysis skills with solid knowledge in accounting/finance.Ownership spirit with good interpersonal skills. Ability to handle complex situation, especially crisis, conflict handling and communication. Fluent in English, especially English writing and presentation skills. Cross cultural communication skills.Attention in details and accuracy.Knowledge in auto business is highly appreciated.Able to handle multi-task work.
