Job Purpose:

• Control and manage the warehouse, responsible for the whole warehouse management including warehouse operations, labour, condition, warehouse equipment and inventory

Major Accountabilities:

• Daily monitoring the operational result for each site to manage warehouse performance
• Corrective/preventive actions for failed KPI
• Ensure FIFO practice in receiving / picking raw materials
• Managing the warehouse costs within warehouse budget by each project.
• Initiating saving cost activities
• Measuring activity-based costs for reviewing cost trend and reduction plan accordingly
• Responsible as logistic facilitator to ensure distribution process to meet customer requirements in a timely manner and with high quality
• Continuously reviewing operational process to identify improvement area for increasing productivity and speed of services
• Building warehouse environment with good housekeeping, 5S, safety and optimizing flow of movement
• Identify gap in operating the same task to stabilize the output result
• Keep stock control systems up to date and planning future capacity requirements
• Managing scrap of the expired material in store.
• Monitor raw materials receiving and release to production efficiently, deliver right quantity and right product at right time to production department and other department.
• Monitor the inventory record update in physical location correctly and timely.
• To provide supports and handle warehouse audits internally & externally
• Conduct proper trainings and develop team members by coaching and effective leadership.
• Other tasks as assigned by Warehouse Manager

Job Specification

• A Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Import-Export, Trading or the related fields
• 4 - 6 years of warehouse or logistics experience
• Working experiences within an Electronic Manufacturing industry is preferred
• Good command of English in both verbal and written communication
• Strong knowledge of warehousing KPIs, and in depth experience with ERP system/WMS
• Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft applications
• Good capacity of handling the work with various stakeholders, working independently with a high team spirit
