The Service Agreement Renewal Specialist is responsible for the retention of service contract customers and the administration of service related needs including, but not limited to, service agreement renewals. He /She must be extremely professional, ability to prioritize, and function at a high level in a fast paced/ high volume environment. This individual is proficient in both written and verbal communication, organization, and customer service. He /She must also collaborate well with colleagues in various departments including marketing, service, support, and sales groups.
Service Agreement Renewal Specialist

We are looking for people who are keen to try something new:
- Meet or exceed corporate goals for renewal rate on a monthly and yearly basis
- Contact customers who have an active service agreement to generate interest in contract renewal
- Generate Service Agreement renewal quotes for all instruments coming off contract and eligible for renewal
- Deliver, follow up on, and track status of quotes issued to customers who are up for contract renewal
- Accurately process purchase orders in a timely fashion for Service Agreements renewals after reviewing customer’s terms and amendments against T&C’s
- Review Time of Sale contracts for correctness and enter into CRM
- Perform credit and Re-bills of service agreements incorrectly processed
- Maintian accuracy of iBase by alerting Adminisition teams of errors and/or updates requiring action
- Develop and/or maintain renewal, KPI, as well as any other reports as requested
- Work collaboratively with Regional Service Manager Team to ensure renewal of key customer contracts
- Perform various other service related administration functions as requested
You are:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Prior administration or customer service experience. Preferably in a technical field
- Strong customer service and organization skills
- Experience with SAP is preferred
