Your responsibilities:
- Reviews and analyzes reporting of actual monthly results and variances for sales, revenue, costs, headcount, capex and other Key Performance Indicators.
- Start tracking performance, utilization of techs, and data trends.
- Reviews and analyzes reporting of actual monthly results and variances for revenues, costs, margin, budget and Key Performance Indicators.
- Day to day pricing based on incoming requests from RSMs, customer service and director of after sales service. Provide data on how current field service techs are being utilized by our customers. (recurring issues or errors with equipment, etc.)
- Maintain parts margins within existing PM contracts and ensure that margins are within the defined model). Review how much revenue vs margin are incurred by KHS, and provide forecasts for needs related to valve rebuilds and PM contracts
- Participate in the development of key Business Intelligence and Data Analytics systems, including the development of KPI’s and metrics for the Sales and Service departments.
- Preparation/Development of key monthly and ad-hoc reporting, including sales forecasts, order entry, variances, budget planning, etc.
- Assists in strategies and processes to achieve champion status in benchmarking initiative for Sales & Services.
- Participate in the development and implementation of a Contract Management system for all new machine sales orders and service offerings. Collaborate with various departments including legal, finance, project management, sales and service to align the process across the group.
- Using the preestablished price list from Germany and adding negotiated markups and discounts, quote prices to customer within the defined range by said global pricing covenants.
Your profile:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field
- One to three years’ experience working in a manufacturing office environment
- Equivalent career experience and/or education.
- A knack for data and some exposure to financials.
- Beverage industry experience preferred.
- Business mentality orientated.
- CRM and ERP experience required; SAP experience preferred
