In this role the Service Delivery Manager is responsible for the timely and quality delivery of the application management and support services to our clients. By coordinating and working closely with the L3- (Local and Off shore), Release-, Test- and Software-Delivery Teams you will report directly to the Product Development Head of Cluster SaaS EMEA.Your mission Representing Product Development to the client Coordinating across all delivery teams to ensure successful delivery of each release/service Assigning and monitoring L3 backlog, defects and enhancements Ensure tickets/requests are raised with required documentations and follow defined SDLC processes Ensure clear representation and consistent communications internally and externally Collate, prepare and submit/present defined KPIs and statistics What you need Higher University degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience Fluency in German & English Excellent communication skills, including being able to present to internal teams and to customers Strong conceptual and analytical skills Strong motivation and result orientation Ability to work independently and to provide proactive leadership in a complex environment with multiple teams You will get extra points for the following Knowledge in Avaloq or any other core banking application Know-how of the banking industry, products and processes Place of workDüsseldorfNow let’s talk about perks and compensationWe offer competitive base salaries and if you prove yourself as a super-star, you might be entitled to an extraordinary achievement reward.
