To support our team we are looking for a Service Technician/ Mechatronics Engineer (m/d/w) for technical service with immediate effect.
Your tasks

Together with your new colleagues you will support our customers in the USA and be the contact person for their service questions regarding our laser optics

You will be responsible for the installation and commissioning of our products at the customer's site

In direct contact with the customers you represent the high quality of our optical systems and enable a smooth production flow in the laser systems

You prepare and conduct customer trainings independently, both at the customer site in the USA and in surrounding countries, as required
Your profile

We require a completed technical education

Ideally, you also have experience in automation technology

You are able to listen to our customers, understand their needs and are not afraid to find the right solutions or to develop new ones with your colleagues

Very good English skills and willingness to travel round off your profile
