Main Responsibilities:
- Quotation and Tendering报价和投标
- Handle customer RFQ or tender documents; 处理客户询价单或招标文件；
- Lead Project Technical proposal preparation with Service sales and Technical support engineer; 主导项目技术方案准备工作，协调水电服务销售和技术支持工程师等资源；
- Lead offer cost collection and optimize project costs;领导报价成本搜集收集，优化项目成本；
- Prepare project UCM and define project pricing strategy with Service sales; 准备项目成本报价表，和销售一起定义定价策略；
- Prepare offer and contract UCM; 准备项目报价和合同的成本损益表
- Prepare offer or bidding documents per customer demands/requirements; 根据客户的需求/要求准备报价或制作标书；
- Tendering and Proposals Management 投标及方案管理
- Manage tendering and bidding documents, as well as offer files; 管理招投标文件，以及报价文件；
- Optimize quotation system and cost database; 优化报价系统和成本数据库；
- Handover signed contracts to OTC team. 向OTC团队及时转交签订的合同。
- Customer e-commerce Platform Maintenance 客户电子商务平台维护

- Manage customer e-commerce plant registration, accounts and keys etc. 管理客户电子商务平台注册、账户及电子钥匙等
- Upload e-commerce related documents and information on time during OTO and OTC . 在OTO 和OTC阶段，及时上传更新电子商务相关文件和信息
- Service team administration 服务团队行政工作

- Team Member Travel Management团队成员差旅管理
- Administrative Support for Client Visits 客户到访行政支持
- Other Team Administrative Tasks 其他团队行政事务
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above, mechanical or electrical majors preferred本科以上学历，机械或电气专业优先
- 1+ years of sales support or quoting related experience 1年以上销售支持或报价相关 工作经验
- Knowledge of basic bidding and quotation, familiarity with the bidding process, and the ability to produce bids 掌握基础的投标和报价知识，熟悉招投标流程，具备制作标书的能力
- Basic mechanical or electrical related knowledge, able to read drawings基本的机械或电气专业相关知识，能读图
- Familiarity with the use of SAP procurement module is preferred 熟悉使用SAP 采购模块优先
- Good English, CET 6良好的英语，CET6
- Communication and negotiation skills, Team work, Execution capability, Time Management 沟通和谈判技巧、团队合作、执行能力、时间管理
