The development of modern algorithms for cutting-edge components is one of the key area to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the environment around the vehicles.As a software developer (m/f/diverse) in our department, you are responsible for concept development, implementation and verification of algorithms for radar detection tracking as part of our products for a variety of international OEMs.In this position, you collaborate with other team members and stakeholders from other departments and customers.Your tasks will focus on the following activities: Working in a self-organizing and cross-functional team to reach the next level of radar based environment perception including the capability to take a leading or coordinative role like product owner or team facilitator Software development of radar detection tracking algorithms in complex real world environments Creation of all necessary work products along the development process for series software from requirements over design and implementation to verification Implementation of patent and literary research as well as creation of inventions Support for students on internships, practical semesters and master theses Support of quotes and demo activities, support of system testing in the vehicle Qualifications Academic degree in engineering, computer science, physics or comparable qualification Several years of practical experience with radar tracking algorithms for automotive systems Very good knowledge in C programming, preferably for embedded systems Experience with agile software development methods and related tools Experience with automotive processes and standards such as ASPICE and ISO26262 Passion to contribute to technically challenging products Fluent German and English language skills written and spoken Good communication skills Independent structured and solution orientated approach Intercultural awareness Applications from severely handicapped people are welcome.
