Software Development Leader (f/m/d)

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES WITH US:

- Delivery of train software in accordance with the individual engineering work package.

- Implementation and application of development procedures, processes, and rules for Train Control & Information solutions in the project environment.

- Ensuring proper management and traceability of hardware and software configuration, including design tools, and producing release notes.

- Ensuring that the content of the baselines, of the release or delivery notes and of the Software Reference versions identifications are in conformity with the release.

- Maintaining and controlling KPIs for the project and reporting to software domain leader.

- Monitoring, controlling and consolidating the software development work-package.

- Responsible for software validation.

YOU CONVINCE US WITH:

- At least 2 years of practical experience in the development of software phases such as requirements capture, software development or hardware-software integration in the railway or automotive sector.

- At least 2 years of experience in managing the entire product life cycle of a minimum of two projects.

- Experience with development tools such as Matlab / Simulink, Control Build, etc.

- Good working level knowledge of network protocols like MVB, Ethernet, CAN, RS232, RS 485.

- Experience with managing work packages for sub-contractors.

- Very good knowledge of English and preferably German.
