- Localise the regional People Excellence Strategy for Porsche in Singapore, and design, develop and implement the annual non-technical training plan based on recurring training needs analyses of the Singapore retail staff
- Conduct local & regional relevant product trainings – supplemented by brand-, sales process- and skills trainings
- Manage the delivery of non-technical vocational qualification and certification, retail coaching and soft skills trainings
- Support in managing the agency accounts, budgets and deliverables for all retail-related People Excellence projects and processes
- Identify and implement solutions supporting continuous competency development
- University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communication, Psychology, or relevant other degree
- Minimum 5 years of working experience, 2 of which should be in training, learning and development or related business area
- Previous experience with premium automotive, preferably on retail level, and willingness to travel and work in a multicultural setting
- Fluency in written and spoken English with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Certification under WSQ’s Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP or ACTA) is a plus
