Your responsibilities
You will be working in an exciting, international environment and contributing personally to the company’s success. Challenging tasks and projects await you, such as
- Contribute towards design and implementation of new Talent Development Programs and Young Talent Development initiatives
- Drive global personnel development projects and align with other HR instruments and BSH strategy
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners, regions, business representatives and further stakeholders
- Support Talent Management initiatives linking existing processes and tools, such as Employee Development Dialog and Succession Planning
- Engage in preparation of KPI analyses and management presentations
Your profile
- (Master's) degree in Psychology, Business Administration or Human Resources
- Conceptual and operational strength, motivation to drive and implement results as well as a hands-on mentality
- Passion and ability to work with international teams in global and strategic projects
- Understanding of consumer needs and targeted stakeholder communication
- Fluency in English and German language
