Station Supervisor

Depending on the assignment-focus, the tasks include:

• Plan and handle difficult flights, e.g. but not limited to passenger acceptance, weight/balance, below the wing operation
• Take on support and guidance in particularly difficult cases
• Regularly check and ensure the adherence to LHG-service standards

• Check the performance of LHG-personnel and handling agents relating to adherence to time-, quality- and safety standards
• Ensure that the employee-capacity is used to its best advantage and in a balanced way during the shift
• Carry out briefings/debriefings and operational instructions
• Determine procedures for more complex irregularities
• Carry out spot-checks of work processes and quality
• Coordinate between the tasks during shifts
• Issue shift reports regarding irregularities and complaints
• Carry out accounting/produce monthly report
• Participate in projects and tasks beyond own job responsibilities
• Follow required safety and security procedures
• Carry out any other operational and/or administrative duties reasonably assigned by the superior
• Take on special tasks and deputations assigned by the superior
