We are looking for an experienced Strategic Partner Manager to join one of the fastest growing teams at eBay to be based in Dreilinden (Germany).
You will be in charge of driving adoption and usage of our most successful advertising product for sellers, Promoted Listings, by partners (being listing integrators, tool providers or marketing tech partners) in Germany, France, Italy and Spain and implement the go to market of future seller advertising solutions.
You will report into the Head of Seller Success Central Europe and work closely with the European Product Activation team and with Global Product teams.
Responsibilities:
  • For existing partners and product: Define and implement the strategy to drive adoption of eBay’s Advertising products API by the partners and usage of Advertising products by their sellers, in collaboration with the EU partner team, with Product and Marketing teams. Levers to be used could be for example:
    • Align on roadmap and features, enable tech support when required and define incentives
    • Develop co-marketing plans and activities (webinars, newsletter, promotions)
    • Implement training for partner’s Account managers and consultancy for their sellers
    • $Share insights for performance improvement
  • Acquire additional partners, relevant for PL and any future seller advertising product.
    • Define target partners and prioritize Go-to-market
    • Develop commercial relationship with new partner, clarify needs (features, supports), incentive plan, to drive adoption and scaling
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in search/PPC or retail ad publishers, tool providers, full service providers, or relevant industry.
  • Customer focused and growth obsessed partner manager, with e-commerce and/or advertising API expertise
  • Strategic thinking and business development skills
  • Effective presentation and communication skills.
  • Innovative, solution-oriented mind-set
  • Team player attitude with interpersonal skills. Able to navigate organizational structures in a global context
  • Energy and drive, ability to work in a fast-paced and pressurized environment
  • Fluent in English and German
