The intern will be responsible for supporting operational Leads and Supplier management specialist with projects, reporting and additional tasks as described below. The qualified intern should expect to contribute & improve in the following functions: · Reporting- Conducts data processing in SAP i.e. running weekly and daily parts availability reports · Support and implements supplier interface · Training Documents- Ensure training documents and department website are up-to -date · Process Improvements as described in VPS Department activities. · Run out process improvement · Launch and Onboarding of new supplier process alignment with Central Competence Qualifikation: Pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Business, Marketing or similar. Basic knowledge of automotive industry and in project management. Team work, self-initiative, proactive, assertiveness and good communication skills. Ability to create reports, charts and presentations with Office tools. (Good skills with excel and Power Point). Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (not just in major). Have full-time status at an accredited four-year college or university in the United States. Completed at least 30 credit hours at time of application. Ability to work full-time (40 hours / week). Transfer students must have a GPA from current university. MUST ATTACH A COPY OF UNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT. Complete and pass a substance abuse test before the work term.
