Lead the SQA team for supplier management & improvement

Collect and track the supplier KPI and performance

Focus on the supplier FAI/PPAP approval & NCR closure and corrective actions validation

Together with SQD team to perform the audit for supplier release and annual audit
协同SQD 团队对供应商的准入以及开展年度审核
Responsible for supplier new project FAI/PPAP approval and serial production management

- Attend QTA meeting, identify Voith requirement with Engineering, SQD, IE, Supplier, define the inspection items, method, frequency and As a member of project team, represent and requirement that supplier submit PPAP/FAI documents
参加QTA会议，和工程，SQD, IE, 供应商一起识别福伊特要求，定义检验项目，检验方法，检验频次以及供应商提交FAI/PPAP的要求
- Be responsible for parts measurement adaption and get alignment with supplier or inter-company
负责零件测量的匹配并与供应商达成一致
- Lead and organize products supplier material incoming quality control and PPAP approval
组织相关产品的供应商的来料检验控制和PPAP批准
- serial production management
- Issue non-conformity report to supplier, evaluate 8D report and monitor

- Perform monthly and yearly report and raise supplier improvements items and take effective actions

- Implementation of product audits at supplier according to certification requirement

- Problem solving for supplier parts issue in incoming inspection，production and 0km
在来料和生产、0km过程中为供应商问题部件提供解决方案
- Push supplier to make continuous improvement according to actual findings
根据实际发现的问题督促供应商持续改进

Implement & monitor suppliers comply with Voith & customers’ quality & safety policy and goals
贯彻并督促供应商遵守福伊特及客户的质量及安全方针、质量目标
岗位要求：
Bachelor degree with mechanical major, experience of leading supplier management team more than 3 years.
本科学历，机械专业, 三年以上的带领供应商团队经验
At least 5 years in manufacturing companies in the automotive industry.
至少5年汽车行业制造业工作经验
Be familiar to related quality standard ISO9001、IATF16949, VDA 6.3 audit
熟悉相关质量标准ISO9001、IATF16949，VDA6.3
Have strong communication skill and leadership capability in cross –function team
具备良好的沟通能力，跨部门合作能力
Have professional problem-solving capability to resolve all finding
具备专业的问题解决能力
Good English skills
英语听说读写流利
Have knowledge for gear、Al die casting、iron cast、machining diecasting manufacturing process
具备齿轮、铝压铸、铸铁、机加工工艺知识
Know clearly auto or rail product supplier quality control experience
熟悉汽车或轨道行业的供应商质量管理
Problem solving with 8D， FTA and other quality tools
能够使用8D，FTA和其他质量工具来分析和解决质量问题
Good execution and implementation
