WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

We are looking for a dedicated professional to join our Supply Chain Excellence team GB/SO-X, where you will leverage your expertise to enhance our logistics processes and ensure the efficient management of our airfreight supply chain.

• In this role, you act as a Business Expert, providing technical SAP support to service teams to ensure the continuity of business processes.
• Your responsibilities include managing and optimizing transport management processes in SAP, from concept creation to execution, while ensuring alignment with BASF standards.
• You will also identify and implement enhancements to transportation processes and system functionalities, including risk mitigation strategies.
• Leading User Acceptance Tests (UATs) and coordinating technical changes will be part of your duties, as you serve as the key interface between business, IT, and external partners.
• Additionally, you validate training materials, conduct user training, and support key users and end users in adapting to new processes.

WHAT YOU OFFER

• degree in logistics, business informatics, or a comparable qualification.
• solid experience in logistics with SAP TM and end-to-end process knowledge
• strong analytical skills and a structured approach to work.
• excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus.
• experience working with international teams and external service providers.
