As a Team Lead you deliver together with your team and the Practice Lead of Software Quality robust and high-performance Software Quality processes and associated infrastructure products and services in a 24/7 manner to our customers – the software development departments.   What awaits you? You take over the leadership of a group of about 10 employees with all disciplinary matters (e.g. further development opportunities, recruiting, onboarding, etc.). Proactive communication and regular reporting on the status and progress of Software Quality Processes, Methods and Tools initiatives and the necessary improvement measures together with the employees and the Practice Lead of Software Quality are among your other tasks. You are responsible for ensuring the necessary DevOps providers and their performance as well as budget responsibility and accurate target control. Additionally, you get into the content of the topics together with the employees if there is a need for escalation and drive these topics forward. Your tasks include the continuous improvement of the internal working model with international teams in Munich and Ulm and external teams as well as the further development of the interface to our customers. You are also responsible for ensuring the quality of our products, services and processes together with the employees. Identifying and setting up continuous improvement measures and driving their implementation - both within the team, our customers as well as the core roles of the Software Factory - completes your scope of duties.   What you should bring along? University degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a comparable field of study. Significant professional management and/or project management experience of larger teams. Experience in transformation programs and change support. Experience in the processes and procedures of the product development process. Excellent communication and presentation skills across all levels. Business-fluent German and English skills are required.   You have a strong customer orientation in providing support and you are able to moderate challenging situations with customers and stakeholders?
