WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

In our unit Agricultural Solutions Berlin, you lead the development of strong, trust-based partnerships with stakeholders across Agricultural Solutions and other BASF units. You join a dedicated team focused on Global Material Master Data – SAP MM and Global Reference Data.  

• You take on disciplinary leadership of a team and, in cooperation with the functional lead, set targets, align team capacities, and clearly communicate the team's progress.
• Furthermore, you regularly provide constructive feedback, foster teamwork, and create a positive work atmosphere to increase the success of AP initiavies.
• You continuously improve business processes, documentation and change management strategies in collaboration with global stakeholders.
• You ensure the alignment of reference data with the overall data architecture and data strategy of Agricultural Solutions.
• In addition, you support projects and drive digitalization such as the development of a new Master Data Management platform (ADAM).
• As part of the Leadership Team, you contibute to the strategic development of the department.

WHAT YOU OFFER

• successfully completed a university degree in Business Administration or a degree in a field related to the natural sciences
• prior professional experience and initial first-hand experience in employee management
• experience in agriculture is an advantage
• know how in the optimization of internal processes and structures as well as in projects for the continuous improvement of business processes
• strong communication skills in English and German 
• highly customer- and service-oriented, with a leadership approach that is open, engaging, and motivating 

WHAT WE OFFER

• Gross annual salary (full-time): 70.000 - 74.000 €, depending on qualifications and professional experience. In addition, you can expect a bonus depending on the success of the company and individual performance.
