Customer oriented problem solver to enforce our technical support and engineering team

We are now looking for a Technical support engineer to E-mobility Nordic – one of Vattenfall’s newest and most interesting business units!

Together with a fantastic team of competent, engaged and driven colleagues you will play an important role in creating success for our customers with our products and services for charging electric vehicles.

We aim to be the customers‘ first choice in the Nordic market by providing solutions truly satisfying the customers. Since the market is rapidly developing we are working in a dynamic business environment where each person in the team is key to success.

As a technical support engineer for E-Mobility you will ensure customer loyalty and satisfaction in the support journey. You solve technical problems, coordinate efforts toward the customer and keep the customer updated on progress. As part of a new business unit you will not only manage issues, but also build-up ways of workings, improve our offerings to customers, finetune processes and routines.

You will further
• Act as a link between first line and second line of technical support.
• Support existing customers when issues occur.
• Grow our operational efficiency and customer value.
• Act as project leader in specific development projects and/or customer projects.

As a Technical Support Engineer you also have the following qualifications
• gets energy from working with customers and in solving customer problems
• a true technology interest and is familiar working in a field of sales of technical solutions
• natural talent for coordination of efforts
• enjoys creating structure, and continuously develop and improve ways of workings
• a creative mind and can find opportunities in developing the business from an after sales perspective
