PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY (IES)
Porsche Financial Services, Inc. (“PFS”) is seeking an Audit Manager - Treasury & Capital Markets as a key member of the PFS Treasury team. This position will be primarily focused on designing and performing monthly audit tests and compliance tasks, working with an external Public Accounting firm, and aligning the compliance work with the Head of Treasury and Assistant Treasurer/Officer to sub-certify the annual attestation submitted to SEC as it relates to SEC-registered securitized debt transactions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong audit and analytical skills.
CHARACTERISTIC DUTIES
- Lead collaboration between Public Accounting firm and Assistant Treasurer/Head of Treasury to design the processes, procedures, and tests related to the SEC compliance of publicly issued debt transactions.
- Drive the monthly sampling and testing of Regulation AB Section 1122(d) items as it relates to SEC-registered debt transactions.
- Lead the documentation process of all audit work and resolve any findings which may arise during testing, including any related work with the Public Accounting firm and relevant PFS departments or an attestation officer.
- Manage recurring process of audit review with Head of Treasury and Assistant Treasurer/Officer and Senior Manager, sub-certifying on the audit and findings in service to annual attestation as required in the Annual Reports.
- Support the Public Accounting firm in its audit in order to obtain timely opinions/reports.
- Provide business improvements to various PFS teams from the audit and testing learnings/findings.
- Support other Treasury Operations duties, such as KYC and AUP reports with Public Accounting firm related to other external debt.
- The position is part of the Back Office for derivative trading purposes and acts as a proxy for other members of the Back Office for derivatives transactions.
- Assist the VP Capital Markets with other projects and ad-hoc reports as required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (Education, formal training, experience, specialized knowledge, and special skills.)
- Undergraduate and/or Graduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. MBA or CFA is a plus.
- Required an active license either CPA or CIA at the minimum. Both CPA/CIA is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience working in accounting, auditing, or financial services with at least 2 years in auditing(internal/external).
- Strong analytical and communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Advanced skill level with Excel, PowerPoint, and database software applications.
- High level of motivation, attention to detail, strong work ethic, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with Bloomberg or other market pricing tools a plus.

WORK ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Hybrid working environment.
Periodic travel within U.S. may be required.
More than a 40-hour work week may be required during high volume periods.
This position is based in Atlanta, Georgia.
The salary range for this role is $100,000-$140,000. However, it is important to note that at Porsche, compensation range is dependent on geographic location. Individual salaries within each range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge and skillset. Porsche reviews compensation regularly and may adjust base salaries to reflect market competitiveness.
