About he Team:

We are looking for a UX/Product Designer (d/f/m) to drive the growth of mobile.de's selling experience! At mobile.de, we build tools, products, and solutions to help users solve their mobility needs. We believe in working iteratively in cross-functional teams; that solutions are best driven by data, research, and an understanding of our users; and we strive to build solutions that serve both business and user needs. We are a team of designers, researchers, and content specialists that work to understand our users and design and test solutions.

In the growth squad for our private selling business, you will focus on fast, iterative learning, experimentation, and exploring a breadth of possible solutions to user and business problems. The squad is all about collaborative work, open exchange, and learning through testing.

Your responsibilities

  • Help drive product development across all stages -- from ideation, concept, and testing to development and iteration -- using lean development practices

  • Drive learning through experimentation through concept work, prototyping, and designing for testing

  • Help shape a long-term product vision

  • Work with other UX specialists to continually improve the quality of all our products and the way we work

  • Work with product managers and developers to shape and build solutions for our sellers

  • Become a specialist on sellers - their tasks, what their needs are, and how we can support them

Your profile

  • Extensive experience as a UX or product designer

  • Strong in concept and interaction design; your biggest strength is in breaking complex systems down into easy-to-use interfaces

  • Comfortable in a highly agile environment focused on fast learning and testing

  • Experience in working with established design systems and live products

  • Used to designing with data - using both qualitative and quantitative testing to discover the best solution

  • Effective German and English communication skills
