The VA Seller and Retiree Program Specialist will ensure a positive relationship with BMW and MINI dealers in assigned area as it relates to supporting all aspects of company car deliveries and sales processes. You will ensure a cost efficient and accurate process with vehicle scheduling, storage, pick-up, return and sale while managing specific business needs and responsibilities. Key responsibilities include: Manage all available company car sales for assigned region’s dealership locations from submitting details for pricing, hosting weekly company car sales, processing confirmed sales in mainframe timely transfer of title to purchasing dealer and ensuring dealer satisfaction and pick-up of sold vehicle(s) Achieve individual sales goals for BMW and MINI through weekly company car sales processes Complete wholesale process in BMW mainframe to ensure dealership is invoiced at correct price and title is received in timely manner Schedule trucking if needed, to BMW or MINI dealerships for scheduled exchanges. Negotiate with dealer as needed on storage time and ensuring timely pick-up of returned vehicles Coordinate with dealership staff on ensuring vehicle arrival, employee or retiree exchange, returned vehicle location and condition, pricing and sale of returned vehicle Act as the liaison between the employee/retiree and Marsh Insurance on all company car vehicle incident/damage claims Complete all system updates and paperwork required for consignment and auction of returned vehicle Ensure full compliance of federal and state legal requirements for damage disclosures for new vehicles as well as used vehicles Manage operational issues for day-to-day activities, respond to high priority, complete and/or escalated customer requests Optimize and balance company car inventory while helping the business deliver on key metrics (highest resale value, shortest days to sell, etc.) and providing a quality company car program to employees/retirees Join the BMW North America team and enjoy a high-performance Total Rewards package that may include: - Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance - All with options for $0 Employee contribution - 401(k) with Company match - Retirement Income Account (RIA) - Employee vehicle program - Bonus eligibility - Paid Parental Leave of up to 6 weeks - Paid Time Off in addition to Company paid holidays where eligible - Hybrid work environment - Voluntary Benefits to fit your needs The pay range for this role is: $74,931.00 - $87,642.00. The selected candidate’s education, skills, experience, and location will be used to determine the final salary offer. All pay ranges are based on a full-time work schedule. Qualifikation: Requirements: Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience and/or certification. 4 to 6 years of prior experience working with customers and providing exceptional experience. 3 to 5 years of work experience in a retail, operations or transportation environment is required. Driver’s license in good standing is a must. Preferences: Automotive retail experience is preferred in either sales or non-technical service departments.
