Description Definition of system architecture of the physical layer of a cellular modem Mapping of new features onto the architecture including HW / FW partitioning Evaluation of memory and timing requirements — definition and evaluation of timing margins / memory partitioning and monitoring of memory and access rate demand Definition of Usecases / Testcases to achieve maximum test coverage in various scenarios Creation/enhancements of simulation environments for wireless communication systems
