WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Corporate Finance strives to be at the forefront of BASF's digitalization journey. We, the team Digital Excellence & Transformation, are responsible for Corporate Finance's digital transformation by setting clear priorities on Business Steering, IT & Data as well as People & Culture. We drive and support innovative reporting & analytics solutions in the area of financial steering and sustainability, leveraging on AI capabilities and effective usage of data. We are looking for you as a working student for up to 20 hours per week as of May 2025 for a period of 12 months.

• You will support an international team on the topic of digital transformation and knowledge exchange.
• You will engage with the global Controlling Community of all BASF units as well as Corporate Finance.
• Furthermore, you will plan and organize various events and expand a digital learning platform on the intranet page.
• For digital and AI upskilling you will curate trainings and create videos.
• In the area of community management you will drive various projects.
• You will work very independently as well as flexibly and in a balanced mix of presence in the office and home office.
• Finally, you will coordinate closely with the project management.

WHAT YOU OFFER

• enrolled in an economics degree or a comparable course of study
• strong interest in digital transformation and upskilling
• analytical thinking and independent as well as conscientious way of working
• creativity, perseverance and will to drive new (digital and AI) topics forward
• skills in curating trainings and video creation are highly valued
• excellent organizational and communication skills in German and English to summarize results in an understandable way and to present them convincingly
• confident handling of Microsoft applications
