WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Our Team is responsible for all operational purchasing activities for Europe and provides extensive support for the strategic side. The position is designed for a weekly workload of 20 hours.

• You are responsible for the verification of incoming order confirmations respecting our service level agreements.
• You support us in the monitoring and processing of related e-mails from suppliers or internal stakeholders.
• You ensure to request expected order confirmations from suppliers. 
• You gain insights into running projects and process improvement initiatives right from the start and you can actively participate in them. 

WHAT YOU OFFER

• Bachelor's or Master's study in economics
• secure handling of MS Office applications  
• fluent language skills in German and English, Spanish is a plus
• careful working methods and enjoyment of working in a team
