We expect from the students that they are flexible and that they can work under pressure. We are an international company and we have many students from i.e. Germany, England, China, Spain, Poland and France. The students should be responsible and should have a good education. We miss the staying power if a student have a difficult task and some candidates cannot work under pressure. Our candidates are very flexible and tolerant. They are very committed because the foreign candidates have to live in a new culture and environment.
