Since Google is “going social” and customer reviews are integrated into Google AdWords and Google Shopping, a new value dimension for customer reviews has been opened.
Since 2008, eKomi supports businesses via a web based Social Commerce solution, to proactively collect product, customer reviews, and seller ratings from real customers. The feedback is used for marketing purposes such as displaying it on company websites, on Facebook, and through eKomi's partnership with Google – also in Google search results and ads.
